Bat-Ami Rivlin

Born 1991 in Israel. Currently based in New York City. Rivlin received her MFA degree in visual arts from Columbia University in 2019 and her BFA degree from the School of Visual Arts in 2016. Her work has been featured in exhibitions in the New York area including Surface, Surface, SVA Chelsea Gallery; The Tide, SVA Flatiron Gallery; Seeking Space, David & Schweitzer Contemporary; Within a Circuit, NARS Foundation Gallery; One Earth One Consciousness, BronxArtSpace; and Nasty Women, Knockdown Center. Her performance work has been featured at Torus Porta. Rivlin is the recipient of the SVA Fine Arts grant, 2014, in addition to the SVA Bronze Casting grant for the MANA Contemporary Ben Keating Foundry. She is a current artist in residence at the NARS Foundation Residency, Brooklyn. Rivlin’s film and animation work has been included in international film festivals such as Canberra Short Film Festival, International New York Film Festival, Athens AnimFest, Carmarthen Bay Film Festival, Los Angeles’ SEEfest and Spain’s Animac.
